NOT GOOD

Horrible experience. Was significantly burnt receiving the hot stone treatment. The general manager was rude and cared more about protecting the company than my experience as a customer. Worst spa experience ever.

The amenities are absolutely wonderful and so is the service.

I came here for my friend's birthday celebration with a spa day for the 4 of us. We each did deep tissue and a prenatal and all enjoyed it. My locker was having issues locking so I was late to my appointment (at 11am) but they accommodated me. I currently am in a boot from foot surgery and appreciated the care to avoid it during the whole session. My therapist (I believe her name is Wendy - petite and super strong!) demolished my body with a really deep tissue massage. The sore feels so good and definitely helped relieve a lot of my muscle knots all over since having to crutch around post-surgery. Definitely recommend the deep tissue but tell them to be more gentle if it is too hard. Amenities are still very clean and full of things you need so you don't need to bring much there when using everything. $210 for 50 mins and 20% gratuity comes out to be $260 for my visit here.
