The hotel and its dining room offer a gastronomy menu that uses seasonal and mostly Portuguese produce, much of it local. The cuisine highlights flowers, bulbs, vegetables and herbs found in the hotel’s own garden, and the chefs partner with the region’s best fishermen and hunters.

Green Spa

The hotel’s spa features a dry sauna, Turkish bath, spa treatment rooms, a relaxation room and outdoor infinity pool.  The pool is enhanced by day beds and loungers, and overlooks the gardens, where the scents waft over you.   Treatments include a range of Ayurvedic body and face treatments. Ayurvedic means the “science of life” and is based on the ancestral teachings of the Hindu people, in which Man is seen as part of and in harmony with the cosmos. All of the spa’s products are natural and treatments use aromatherapy and phytotherapy.
