We have a 21c where we are from so we were excited to be able to stay at one here in Kentucky! The service was awesome, friendly, and helpful. We loved our room everything was nice and clean. The bathroom black light was interesting we’ve never been somewhere that had that! Of course we had to walk through and look at all the art and loved all the art and fun things to see while walking through to get to your room. We checked out the exercising area. Well kept with some nice equipment and a steam room! They also have a restaurant (we did not try) but we did go to their bar it was pretty nice. 21c is close to all the places we visited so it was nice to be able to walk and not have to worry about parking.
Stayed 2 nights at this location, and what an amazing stay it was. The staff was wonderful, along with the massage therapist. Anyone who wants to experience Louisville the correct way stay here. Shoutout to Adrian for such a positive experience with everything.
Art defines this museum hotel, and some of it is truly wonderful in my eyes. But the overall vibe is one of. almost "exhibitionism" with a creepy flair. Not my cup of tea. I loved the dry/wet sauna in the basement! And the bed was perfectly comfortable.
