For our Third Annual Spa March Madness, we polled our editorial staff, our panel of 121 Secret Spa Reviewers, and our diverse group of newsletter subscribers in every region of the USA, to help us nominate 64 spa resorts ranging from urban city hotels, to mountain retreats, to desert hideaways, to ocean front luxury resorts, to compete in our 2017 Favorite USA Spa Resorts competition.
