A zesty paleo-friendly side dish for your favorite entrees.
Ingredients

cauliflower
- grated
▢

tablespoon
ghee
▢

small
lime
- juiced and zested
▢
2-3
tablespoons
cilantro
- chopped
Instructions
Grate the entire head of cauliflower into riced granules
Juice and zest the small lime
In a skillet heat the ghee over medium-high heat. Add grated cauliflower and saute briefly to soften.
Add salt, lime juice and chicken broth, and continue saute briefly to reduce liquids.
Toss with chopped cilantro to wilt and serve immediately.
