Matcha, Coconut Milk and Chia seeds are soaked overnight to make a lightly sweetened and creamy pudding which is great for breakfast, after work or school, or dessert.
Ingredients
1canlight coconut milk
3tablespoonschia seeds
1tablespoonmatcha powder
1 - ½tablespoonshoney
¼teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Keep tightly sealed or in a jar with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
Stir well before serving. Thin with additional water, if desired.
