3cupsraspberries - fresh, rinsed
1cupcucumber - seedless, cut into chunks
¼cupapple juice concentrate - thawed, undiluted
3cupswater
¼cupcucumber - seedless, finely diced for garnish
Instructions
In a blender, combine all ingredients except the finely diced cucumber garnish. Blend.
Chill. Serve garnished with finely diced cucumber on top.
