This smoothie is a surefire way to up your daily dose of leafy greens while keeping you full and satisfied.
Ingredients
2bananas- ripe, frozen
1kiwi- peeled
½cupmango- frozen
2Tbsp.pistachios
½Tbsp.raw honey- local if possible
½Tbsp.pure vanilla extract
16oz.coconut water- unsweetened
1cupspinach- raw
2pinchesberries or nuts- optional garnish
Instructions
Add ingredients except the spinach into the blender and puree until smooth.
Add in spinach and pulse until smooth.
