This creamy cucumber and dill sauce is ideal for fish. The lemons give it a burst of added flavor.
Ingredients

Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
▢

cup
Fat Free Sour Cream
▢

cucumber, peeled and de-seeded
▢
1
teaspoon
minced garlic
▢
½
teaspoon
black peppercorns, ground
▢

lemons, juiced, flesh and zest reserved for another use
▢

teaspoon
fresh dill, finely chopped
Instructions
Mix all ingredients (lemon juice only, don't use the peels or zest except as a garnish) in a blender and puree until very smooth
Garnish with chopped herbs, including more dill, parsley, and green onions, plus a sprinkle of lemon zest
