This two ingredient Spa Water will have you completely refreshed with no calories
Ingredients
2quartswater
1cupfresh blackberries
3sprigsfresh sage
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large glass carafe or pitcher.
Cover and refrigerate 12-24 hours.
Strain before serving.

Gently crush fresh herbs or lightly muddle fresh fruit to get the most flavor in the water, but be sure to strain. Frozen fruit works just as well! Virtually calorie free when not eating the fruit.
