This baked oatmeal custard is a favorite on our breakfast table, and what's more -- it has great nutritional stats with little guilt. Great warm or cold!
Ingredients

cooked Arrowhead Mills Hot Cereal
▢
1 ½
cups
cottage cheese (non fat or low fat)
▢

eggs
▢

cup
low fat or skim milk
▢

tablespoons
Splenda Sugar Blend (or granulated sugar)

teaspoon
cinnamon
▢
⅛
teaspoon
cardamom
▢
½
teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
▢
½
teaspoon
almond extract
▢

scoop vanilla whey protein powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F degrees
Coat a 2 quart baking dish with non stick spray
In a large mixing bowl, blend all ingredients until smooth
Pour batter into prepared dish and bake for approx.1 hour
Serve warm, room temp or even cold for an on the go breakfast
