Spa Index Kitchen Notes
We calculated this cookie using Splenda Baking Blend. Increase the calorie count if using regular sugar. Also, if you increase the size of the cookie to make six, your average calorie count is 116 per cookie. We really enjoy using the Fairlife milk brand, with its decreased sugar and lactose count, and increased protein count. We used regular skim milk for the calorie count in this recipe, but by using Fairlife, we know there would be slightly less sugar and more protein -- even if only a few teaspoons at a time.
