Invoice Delivery

Invoices and Receipts (showing zero balance due) are by default sent electronically to your email address on file.   The invoice is print-friendly and may include a PDF version.  Please add “billing at spaindex.com” to your email white list. We will send hard-copy invoices via U.S.  Mail upon request.

Payment Methods

Partners may pay an annual listing and advertising fees on SpaIndex.com using one of these methods:  VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Debit Card, eCheck, and PayPal

Automatic Payments for Renewed Listings

Once you provide us with a Credit Card Authorization (PDF),  we maintain your payment information offline in a secure facility.  Electronic invoices are sent to your email address of record when it is time to renew your listing(s).  We will thereafter process your credit card for the amount(s) due. The amount due is based on the installment plan you selected at the time of sign-up or by agreement (annual, quarterly, or monthly).  Listings are invoiced and processed at those intervals until canceled by you or by SpaIndex. The credit card processor is our secure Square app.

Manual Payments for Renewed Listings

Electronic invoices are sent to your email address of record when it is time to renew your listing(s).  Add “spaindex.com” as white-listed domain to prevent spam filters from blocking email. If you do not have a current credit card authorization on file (it has expired or you’ve changed cards since last invoiced), your invoice is due upon receipt with generally a 30 day grace period.   The amount due is based on the installment plan you selected at the time of sign-up or by agreement (annual, quarterly, or monthly).  You may request we contact you by telephone to record your credit card information.  The credit card processor is our secure Square app.  Alternatively, you may “send money” directly from your PayPal account using our verified PayPal address of billing (at) spaindex (dot) com.

Payment / Check Out for New Listings

Default:  The initial listing fee for a new member is collected at the conclusion of the Create a Listing process. That check-out step uses a PayPal cart system.  PayPal permits you to apply funds from your existing PayPal account (if any), or, any major credit card.  If using a major credit card, you do not need to be a member of or have a PayPal account.

Other:  Arrangements can be made to manually process a payment for a new listing, bypassing the check-out system, if you contact us in advance for assistance.  In this manner, you may have a credit card authorization on file before completing the check-out process, and we will manually “check out” on your behalf, and thereafter charge your credit card in accordance with your instructions.

Finance New Listings

PayPal permits you to finance your listing fee using Bill Me Later®, a PayPal service. This feature offers you 6 months financing on orders of $99 or more. For new partners, using this feature requires you to complete the online check-out process and PayPal’s application / verification process.  For renewing partners, using this feature requires an electronic invoice sent to your email address, from which you’ll click an embedded PayPal link, after which PayPal will present you with financing options.

Checks and Direct Deposits

SpaIndex.com does not accept direct deposits to our bank accounts.   SpaIndex.com does not accept checks from new partners.  With advance agreement, we accept checks from marketing and group partners with multiple property listings which result in an invoice with amounts due over a charge limit or when checks are required for internal auditing.
