Egg White Avocado Oily Skin Mask

This Egg White Avocado Oily Skin Mask has only three ingredients — but that’s all it needs. The egg white firms and tightens and (hopefully) reduces wrinkles,  plus contains Vitamin A which helps in tissue repair.  The lemon juice acts as an astringent and the avocado balances moisture and ads good fats.  Although avocado is a high fat fruit, it balances your skin with “good fats.”   If you don’t have the juice or avocado, you can still treat your face with just beaten egg white, to aid in tissue rejuvenation.

Egg White Avocado Oily Skin Mask

This mask should result in a marked improvement in skin texture, and tightening and balancing of oily skin.

Materials

• 1 egg whites
• 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 avocado mashed

Instructions

• Put the white of an egg, a teaspoon of lemon juice, and the mashed pulp of a half avocado into a blender. In seconds, you should have a lovely green mixture.
• Wash your face and neck thoroughly, then apply masque evenly on those areas.
• Relax for 20 minutes; remove with tepid water and a face cloth.
• Follow with cold astringent or skin tonic.
