2003, Bella Vita Retreat started
out as a private retreat company providing exclusive healthy vacations for
individuals, couples and small groups. With the absence of a group atmosphere,
co-owner Margot Rutigliano realized the need for a more exciting energy
in the program. Having taught boot camp classes at a local health club for
over 5 years, Margot decided to transform Bella Vita Retreat into a multidimensional
