This recipe for Pecan Dijon Tilapia is very simple and most of us have topping ingredients in our pantry — you’ll just need fresh fish from the market and dinner is on the table in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 4 tilapia fillets, 6-ounces each
  • Nonstick cooking spray
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 375º
  2. Spray baking sheet lightly with cooking spray
  3. Combine mayonnaise and mustard; stir well
  4. Lay fillets on baking sheet. Spread top of each fillet with 2 tablespoons of the mayo-mustard mixture.
  5. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chopped pecans over the coated side of each fillet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
