extra so that you can indulge in this delicious and healthy breakfast afterward.

2 cups 2% milk
1 1/2 cups evaporated skim milk
2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons kahlua
1 teaspoon cornstarch
3 eggs
4 egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla
7 ounces fat free sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons sugar
3 ounces low fat cream cheese
5 ounces fat free cream cheese
Combine milks, coffee, kahlua and cornstarch in a saucepan and heat, stirring
until the coffee granules dissolve. Combine with remaining ingredients and puree
until smooth in a food processor. Divide into individual custard cups and cook
in a water bath at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until set. Chill.
Topping:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar, sifted. Sprinkle over tops of custards trying to cover
completely. Caramelize quickly with propane torch.
Yield 12 servings 242 calories / 3.6 gm fat

We have quick tips, easy recipes, and fun products for creating a home spa
treatment for only pennies. In this issue, whip up a simple cleansing home
facial to gently exfoliate your skin and restore moisture.

SPA INDEX ROSEMARY HERBAL BATH
1/4 cup dried, crumbled sage
1/4 cup dried, crumbled rosemary
2 tablespoons of oatmeal
2 tablespoons of dried parsley
2 tablespoons of coarse bath crystals
Grind or thoroughly mix the ingredients together and secure in a muslin or
cheesecloth bag, and tie so that your "tea bag" hangs directly beneath
your flowing bath tap. Fill your bath with warm water that steeps these herbs
designed to relieve mental fatigue (rosemary), treat loss of concentration
(sage), soften water (oatmeal), stimulate the body (parsley), and alleviate
light-headedness (salt).
