This is one of the nicest spas I've ever been to, but I was sorely disappointed with my service.
I never made it to the quiet room before my massage, my therapist didn't ask me about what I was wanting from my massage, and I didn't get the add-on I'd asked for.
Ultimately the massage never addressed why I came in, and my therapist couldn't massage and talk at the same time so it was either one or the other, and he was very chatty. He had a nice touch and good energy, but it was extremely unfocused.
The massage was a gift, so I was glad that I didn't pay for it, but I was still deeply upset when I got to my car.
UPDATE BY GUEST: Woodhouse saw this review, and offered a massage with a different therapist. The experience was night and day difference. Thank you so much! I can't emphasize enough to get there early, before the appointment, to enjoy the quiet room. I was able to meditate and enjoy a warm neck roll prior to my massage, which helped soften my neck and shoulder muscles prior to the appointment. Can't wait to go back!
I expected a little more relaxation than I received. I enjoyed the massage and the facial. I was not happy with the rush job I received with the pedicure. I looked forward to the quiet room between sessions. I did express that to the young lady at the from desk. I will try again next month. I will probably bring my daughter next time.
We went in for the couple's package and it was the best spa day I have had. Their facials were very good. They looked at my skin under a magnifying glass and recommended what type of facial would be best. They used high quality products and I could see the difference in my skin afterwards. We also had a Swedish massage. My masseuse was very knowledgeable and could feel which areas needed more work. Highly satisfied with the service!
