Great spa! Parking validation offered. The esthetician was friendly and helpful.
I called the spa on May 23rd to reserve the day for my bachelorette party (Aug 25). A deposit was taken. I called to confirm 2 weeks ahead to to confirm and discuss the Aug 25 services, but staff said they had no record of the reservation AND they had no availability -- they were booked up.
The spa did not offer ANY resolution aside from a refund of my deposit and blame assigning -- they said an old employee booked the event improperly.
I am now 2 weeks from the bach party, most spas are booked, and now have to research and book a different activity.
I am extremely disappointed in the service and treatment of customers.
I will not be returning or booking future services.
Thanks for taking the time to share this sad news. We are surprised that between late May and early August, more than 60 days, no personnel wondered what was the purpose for or what was to become of the unapplied deposit on account. -- Spa Index
Arrived and the two receptionists both sat looking at their phones and didn't even acknowledge us for 5 minutes. The whole place was not very clean. My friend's massage therapist wore headphones and listened to her music so loud it wasn't relaxing. Not much of a serene spa experience. Were not offered any tea, were not checked on during our two different services.
