It also includes a 775 sq ft Fitness Center equipped with the latest in weight resistance and cardiovascular equipment and will encompass one floor of the adjacent Wind Creek Casino Hotel consisting of 16 rooms.

The Culinary School is 6,000 square feet operation that consists of a state of the art demonstration theater kitchen and a hands-on kitchen. The Demonstration Theater can be customized to fit a group of up to 36. World class chef’s offer monthly demonstrations as well.
