Plenty of parking at Eden Prairie location. Front desk staff looked very annoyed, definitely wanted to be somewhere else, they are basically place holders. Without much instruction we were handed a key and directed to the changing room. Peaceful waiting area, nice ambiance. I had a deep tissue massage that was fantastic, scalp massage add-on was very nice. My girlfriend had a skinny massage with a skinny wrap add-on. She was very appreciative of the person she worked with but not with the treatment itself. Very expensive, not worth it. Uderstand the treatment before spending your money.
Our favorite salon for massages in the Twin Cities. Consistently excellent massages and quiet, relaxing atmosphere.
I’ve been a customer for years at the Eden Prairie location. I did not have any issues until recently when I booked a Brazilian blowout that I had to end up canceling due to a trip out of the city. Mind you I made the cancellation over the phone more than 24 hours prior to the time my service was booked. Still I received a call from the manager at the time I had initially booked (now cancelled), informing me that I would be charged for the entirety of the service because I was a no-show! I told her I did indeed cancel the appointment in a timely manner. The issue here is poor communication overall, and that’s what I told the manager who then questioned "my integrity" and hung up on me. When I called back to confirm that I wouldn’t be charged for their mistake (because I wasn't a no-show) she agreed but then told me I was "flagged" from being accommodated for any future service, at least at the Eden Prairie location. Very rude and unprofessional treatment which all stemmed from the spa's mistakes. I really hope the staff at the other locations have more discretion and respect for customers.
