My husband and I loved our stay here, I'll be honest though it was more about the amenities. On our first night every restaurant was full so we decided to eat at their restaurant and the bison, steak, potatoes, cheesecake and chocolate torte were so amazing that we decided to eat there again, even with all of the amazing food options in Jackson. I feel like that says a lot. We also got massages, Monique was absolutely fantastic! She gave me pressure point and stretching tips to use during/after my 13 hour shifts. It was THE best massage I've ever had. Would recommend just for the amenities.
My husband wanted to surprise me with a luxury room at the Rustic Inn Creekside for our Anniversary. He booked a Luxury Suite in the Spa Resort section at $900 a night. Based on the pictures and description on the website this suite would have beautiful views of the creek, an outdoor fireplace and jacuzzi, a butler assigned to the room. Unfortunately this is not what we got. Both nights we stayed the outdoor fireplace didn't work until maintenance came to start it each night, and the butler service was subpar room service at its best. When I realized how much this room cost, and saw what my husband understood we were getting from the website and booking.com, I called to speak with a manager about our experience and dissatisfaction. Stacey, the manager, cut me off in the middle of explaining our experience, and started rambling about how much Motel 6 charges versus them, and how people come to see Jackson and the room is "just a place to sleep." She also said the room we stayed in was an addition to the nicer luxury suites they offered and was "an afterthought." Needless to say, if you are booking a room make sure you are getting what you understand from the website. The accommodations were very nice, but for $900 a night we should have received what we had been told (and sold) by the website!
The customer service was great! Easy to get in/out of and BRILLIANTLY placed a sauna next to the hot tub to store your towels, boots & robes while you soak after skiing, then can dry off comfortably in warm towels!
