The Roosevelt-New Orleans is just a beautiful hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We got to experience the spa, restaurants and bar -- all was exceptional!
We were there celebrating our 25th anniversary. Shameeka checked us in and and gave us a $100 credit; Jeffery provided the surprise anniversary champagne and strawberries. Katie from the Spa surprised us with the silver anniversary gift and Michael and Brittney gave the best massages. This was by far our best customer experience at any hotel and can’t wait to return!!
I got stuck here due to Hurricane Ida, the hotel and staff have been amazing. They have more then bent over backwards to try to make a bad thing better. It's amazing how the staff is here and keeping high spirits even though they are away from their families. Highly recommend this hotel.
