Clean. Four-stars.
Great staff. Professional and attentive. COVID precautions remain in place.
I always enjoy the facials and the atmosphere is perfect. My only complaint is staff turnover seems very high. I've never had the same esthetician twice, and it is exhausting to explain my skincare needs and regimen every time. I wish they'd at least have a filing system for that information.
