Wonderful location but the spa steam room was turned off for one of the two visits we had. Great and creative food but we received the same food two nights in a row.
Could easily have been 5 out of 5!
We stayed in the new two bedroom, Room 10, which was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 1 child. The kitchen, large living room and private patio was perfect for our stay. We had excellent food, massages at the spa, a swim in the river and a hike to Vardefjell after being recommended by the hotel, and overall an incredible experience.
Had a wonderful experience there, rooms are amazing, you feel blended with nature. Spa room was available for guests use also. Only con was the food. Very limited options but plenty of coffee and tea.
