The entertainment team is the number one. They are all day around the swimming pool and at the beach with variety of activities, volleyball, crazy games for adults and kids, dance lessons, aerobics, Zumba. Shows every night and professional musicians make your stay wonderful. Will come back for sure.
Hotel looks luxurious at the first glance but looks like it was done using cheap stuff. Half of appliances was not in workable condition. We had no water for a day then no hot water (and cold one was under very light pressure) and then no cold water for a day. Bathroom faucet was leaking once you turn it on. Washroom fan was not working at all. There was extensive water leakage in the hallway therefore hallway floors were always wet (sometimes water was about 1 inch deep).
On good side there were lots of food and drink variety in the kitchen. Swimming pools was nice. Spa is nice.
I will say this is a 4 star hotel . The beach is amazing the pools are nice the rooms are ok the food is fantastic. The Japanese restaurant is just like in the USA really good. The staff are friendly. I definitely will come back to this hotel again.
