Stayed for a long weekend at the Madeline and loved it. It’s wonderful. Check in was quick and easy with helpful and nice staff. Also got a glass of champagne!:) My room was large and clean. I liked the hotel a lot for its location. There’s tons of good restaurants to walk to in Mountain Village. It’s also like. 3 minute walk to the free gondola to take you to Telluride downtown for more shops and food. The WiFi was fast and free. I had no problems even though others did. I would definitely recommend it here!

Month / Year of Your Visit?: July

Royally peeved at this place. It USED to be a favorite hotel. They are blaming EVERYTHING that goes wrong on Covid. Well, that's just a convenient excuse. This place was NOT worth $879 or even anything close to that. No WiFi. No internet. We had to go to a restaurant just to send email (and hunt for another room). Covid blamed? How? Concierge was going to make dinner reservations for us and didn't. Less housekeeping. Okay, Covid can be to be blame for lighter staff roster, but, we asked THREE TIMES for our sheets to be changed and they were not. We paid more in 3 days for our room than a month's mortgage payment -- we deserved CLEAN SHEETS when we needed them. Heck, they could have dropped the off and I'd make the bed myself. No hot water on the 2nd day. Food mediocre. In essence, everything DROPPED in quality except one thing. The price. They got almost a grand a night to sell us a 2 star experience. On the plus side, the location is pretty, the pool was nice, and the lobby is pretty. But I'll never return.

One of the best massages I’ve had. Facilities are small but very convenient and luxurious. I would definitely book it again!
