I called to ask some questions about my appt and this worker named Jada or Jaydah (?) was so short and unprofessional with me over the phone. She hung up on me without having the courtesy to even say good-bye!!!  I want the manager to contact me.  Let's see if they truly care about their clients.

This location is nice, but pretty pricey even with the amenities (quality / quantity).

A day pass without a treatment isn't worth it in my opinion. There is 1 whirlpool spa, 1 cold mist room (which generally smells mildewed [I am a Microbiologist]) 1 steam room, and 1 sauna.

For the most part, you get a good massage or facial with standard technique. Doesn't change much based on the employee, which is nice because you can book without requesting anyone in particular and you know it will be good.

Sign up for monthly promos online and take advantage of a special. I like the massages best but I've had both massages and facials. My favorites are the BW Signature Massage and the Nourishing Facial (they'll sometimes offer a free peel with this one and that combo is my favorite on the skincare menu).

Helpful Staff or Branch Name?: RAQUEL

The best massage I've ever had. Raquel was fantastic. I highly recommend her. She had great attention to detail and was kind enough to work longer on my back and knee. If I go back, I'm asking for her. Some of the amenities were closed due to COVID but even so the massage was worth the money.
