I booked a consulting appointment to get pricing for a laser procedure. When I booked the appointment, nobody told me that it was a paid appointment. On the day of the appointment, while the consultant was sweet, she promised to call the next day to confirm the pricing for the procedure to be scheduled -- but she never did. The receptionist was rude and passive aggressive while checking out and started demanding $ 25 for the consultation. Also, imagine paying $25 to just get the pricing! She kept on insisting that if I ever visit the spa again I would have to pay a consultation fee. I am not sure why would I do that if I pay $1000 for a laser procedure. The spa management needs to be transparent with their pricing but more importantly learn to treat their new customers with respect!
New to the area and looking for a med spa, I am so happy that I found Bel Viso. My first experience with Tina was so pleasant, and she helped me find a package for the Emsculpt service I had been looking for. Since then, I have been back for Botox, spray tans, microdermabrasion and chemical peels. Bel Viso is a welcoming and friendly environment, with providers that are kind and eager to help guide you towards the correct treatment. I can’t recommend this place enough!
