Eggless Caesar Salad Dressing
Use this wonderful egg free Caesar Salad Dressing on salads, fish, chicken, or to dip roasted vegetables as a snack.
- 1 - 1/2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 4 - 1/2 tablespoons lemon Juice
- 3 fillets anchovies
- 2 - 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 14 oz Soft Tofu
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and purée.
- Adjust flavors as needed.
- Toss with crisp romaine leaves and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
We tried them. We loved them, we eat them far more often (even on pizza). We can't now imagine a Caesar salad without anchovies in both the dressing and as a garnish.
