Recipes: Entrees
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 6 chicken breasts
  1. Preheat oven to 375º
  2. Combine vinegar, mustard, olive oil, black pepper, and garlic; stir well.
  3. Add chicken and marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade. Place chicken in baking pan and pour marinade
  5. over chicken.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
