One of our specialties is our Juice Fasting Retreat. With our full 7 and 28-day Juice Fasting packages, allow your body to open and begin to release tension and stress with a gentle one-hour yoga or Nia class. Then, relax on our expansive deck overlooking our private lake with your first Organic Juice of the day. Afterward, gently walk a round the lake with a cup of herbal tea or take a hike on a more rugged trail, then receive the wonderfully therapeutic session scheduled for that morning. After enjoying your Organic Lunch Juice, spend some time soaking in our lakeside Nordic Crown II Nordissage Hot Tub, reading out on the deck or on a quiet bench next to the lake. Finally, after a wonderfully relaxing 50-Minute Professional Massage Treatment in the evening, your last Organic Juice of the day will be served. Our evening programs include lectures, music therapy, 12-step meetings, movies or relaxing in the sauna and hot tub.
