Cranberry Flax Protein Bars

This easy recipe for Cranberry Flax Protein Bars comes together quickly and makes a 20g protein snack bar.

Dry Ingredients
  • 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 8 teaspoons Splenda
  • 1 cup dried chopped cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
Wet Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of Flax Seed oil (or olive oil)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoons lemon extract
  • 1 teaspoons almond extract
  1. Mix together dry ingredients and set aside.
  2. In separate bowl mix together wet ingredients.
  3. Beat wet ingredients well and add to dry ingredients, gently, but mixing well. Should be the consistency of cake batter.
  4. Pour batter into Pam-sprayed square cake pan.
  5. Bake at 325 for 10-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. It may take longer to cook, depending on consistency of protein powder used.
