Citrus Pots de Creme

Here is a rich, delicious and decadent mouth-feel of a dessert.  Consider using tangerine juice, orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, pineapple juice, or grapefruit juice for your favorite flavor of Citrus Pots de Creme. Keep in mind that orange and pineapple juices in season are sweet and you’ll need less sweetener. Perhaps none!

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup key lime juice
  • 1/2 cup granular Splenda
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
Method
  1. Blend all items on high 2-3 minutes.
  2. Divide into six ramekins.
  3. Place ramekins in 2" deep chef's pan.
  4. Fill with hot water level to the créme.
  5. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Chill.
