This month, we look at a new website design project for a spa within a hotel property.  Promotion of the property has not yet started.  The majority of the clients visit the spa pages, destination spas, destination spa collectionsite via links from the parent hotel, their association, and a popular index of spa properties (www.SpaIndex.com).  The new design has proved so effective, and is such a leap forward from the hotel website, that many clients are now identifying with the new website as a new entity and something of a new business.  They appear to have difficulty recognizing that the two properties are tied together.
