This month, we look at a new website design project for a spa
within a hotel property. Promotion of the property has not yet started. The majority of the clients visit the spa website via links
from the parent hotel, their association, and a popular index of spa properties (www.SpaIndex.com). The new design has proved so effective, and is such a leap forward from the hotel website, that many clients
are now identifying with the new website as a new entity and something of a new business. They appear to have difficulty recognizing that the
two properties are tied together.
