Our daily posts, specials, and coupons, are fed directly to thousands of subscribers who view posts directly on their own "MyMSN" and "MyYahoo" and other home pages, via email, and Twitter. Day Spa members are provided with a "SpaFlyer Voucher" intended to attract first time guests. YOU select the terms of your offer, provided it meets our minimum value, and we broadcast it for you. You agree to honor the offer whenever a guest presents it, for the term of your listing. We have selected several common offers, or, you are welcome to create your own. I decline to offer a SpaFlyer Voucher, which is included as part of my listing fee. I understand in doing so, my directory listing will be on the geographic page for spas, but my spa will not receive additional marketing on the SpaFlyer blog, on Twitter, on your "SpaFlyer Coupons" page or in your SpaFlyer newsfeeds, which may greatly impact the traffic sent by SpaFlyer.com and SpaIndex.com to my website.
Note: Every SpaFlyer voucher will state that it cannot be applied toward express services, limited time specials, other promotions, or discounted spa packages. Do you have additional restrictions (e.g., days of the week it cannot be redeemed)?
Thank you for taking the time to complete our online submission form. We find that the majority of the information we need to complete your listing can be obtained in this manner.
We will review your submission and contact you VIA EMAIL within 1-3 days (maximum of one week during busy times) with a proposed listing for your review. One of the best tools for keeping our rates as competitively priced as they are is that we work electronically to the extent possible. We will contact you via email, and link you to an online proof of your listing for your review and approval. While we are available by telephone and will be happy to talk to you anytime necessary, we ask that you respond to our email overtures whenever possible.
You will have an opportunity to ask our staff any and questions you may have, and, you will have an opportunity to review your proposed listing and request modifications. Once you have approved a proposed listing, and request that it be published, you will be invoiced. We reserve the right to publish only after payment has been received. We may, in our sole discretion, publish a listing in advance of payment.
Your listing will be invoiced for our minimum period of one full calendar year. As we have new spa members joining us nearly daily, throughout the year, we pro-rate listings to coincide with either a January renewal date, or a July renewal date, so your initial listing may be slightly shorter than or slightly longer than one year. You may update your listing with a change in URL, address, telephone numbers, or hours of operation, at any time throughout the year.
You may update your listing with a new graphic or logo once yearly.
You may update your listing with new text once each year. You may not expand the listing (i.e., add extra text), but you may update or refresh the text in place. Additional changes and modifications, may be subject to a modest service charge. You will be quoted a figure in advance if this is the case.
Invoices are payable by either check in US Funds, major Credit Card, or PayPal email funds.

Although our rates may change annually with the increased cost of doing business, member rates do not increase for any new member for a minimum of two (2) years (the initial year and one renewal year).
Listings cancelled at your request or following the closure or sale or transfer of ownership of a spa listings are not refunded.
