This day spa located in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah at the
Gateway Mall is a high quality Aveda facility. The place is
beautiful and clean. The staff is professional, courteous, and
well dressed. The services have always been top quality. The
couples massage is a wonderful way to celebrate a special
occasion. You can even add a romantic dinner at Flemings Steak,
which is in the mall, to your couples massage. I would definitely

Beautiful atmosphere in the red rock country of Utah near Snow Canyon State
Park; Great exercise and hiking programs; first class instructors and guides;
guest services very helpful; great value for the money; pretty resort; very

I did a lot of research and chose Red Mountain Spa. The scenery is breath
taking. You can start each day with a hike. The fitness classes are fantastic,
with great instructors. These classes are offered throughout the day along
with many lectures. The cuisine is delicious. They have a chef that prepares
the meals. What I liked is at every meal you know the calories, carbs,
proteins, etc., of everything you eat. So yes, you can gain weight if you
don't watch. I had a private room which was very nice. The spa is located
at the mouth of Snow Canyon Park. In fact many days instead of taking the
hike I walked through Snow Canyon Park. That is where I couldn't believe
the beauty of it all. It was unbelievable. The people at the spa treated
you like royalty. The spa treatments were very much enjoyed. What a
variety to choose from! I highly recommend Red Mountain Spa. -- Peg S.

I bought a gift certificate for my wife for our anniversary. Not only were
the prices great, the atmosphere was incredible. They have done a great
job at remodeling a Victorian-era home. My wife came home more relaxed
