Submit a spa review of your favorite (or not so favorite) spa experience.

Our visitors enjoy hearing from other spa visitors, but please be specific in your review. "It was great" or "It was terrible" isn't as helpful as details which will help our readers make a decision. What did you enjoy about the spa you reviewed? What treatments did you have? Did anything disappoint you? Did a spa staff person make your visit particularly pleasant? Would you return, and would you recommend this spa to friends?   If you had a problem, did you alert the management?  Did management resolve the problem to your satisfaction?

Of equal importance, we may elect not to publish a review if:

  • You don't provide a complete review, with your name and email address.  Sometimes we need to contact you to ask questions, or ask permission to edit your review.

  • The review is negative, from an anonymous sender, and doesn't include a return email address, or has an invalid email address or invalid street address.  With a negative review, it is very important that we confirm the review with you before publication.  We will protect your privacy if requested, but, we must be able to contact you.  To publish a negative review without investigating the details is irresponsible journalism.

  • The review is positive, but is from an anonymous sender, doesn't include a return email address or has an invalid email address, or sounds like an "advertisement."  We try very hard to give our readers true reviews by visitors and not "free marketing" submitted by spa owners, employees, and marketing staff.

  • We have received a number of Spa Reviews which, when investigated even in a cursory fashion, have been shown to come from the Spa's own employees, managers, and owners. This is discouraging! We make it so easy and economical to promote your Spa on our site, so we are discouraged when spa providers believe they can mislead our readers with advertisements in the guise of "reviews."  While we appreciate your interest in Spa Index, we reserve the right not to publish a review that smacks of an "advertisement" and, when we DO publish a review of a non-subscribing Spa Facility, we reserve the right to do so only temporarily, out of fairness to our subscribing facilities.

If your review concerns a negative experience, did you inform spa management or staff?

If your review concerns a negative experience, did spa management or staff resolve your concerns?

If your review concerns a negative experience, would you like Spa Index to contact Spa management on your behalf?

In addition to your personal comments and interaction with the staff, and to assist you in writing a helpful review, consider these factors:

Cleanliness.   Was the facility clean, swept up, free of soiled linens and towels and waste? Did you notice whether the windows were clean?  Did you notice any cobwebs hangings from the light fixtures above your head? (We're always surprised how often we see this).  Was your treatment room freshly made up and welcoming?

Efficiency.  Were you seen for your appointment on time (assuming you arrived on time)?  Were the services you were to receive explained adequately, and performed to your satisfaction?  Were you escorted to spa common areas and shown various amenities available to you?

Courtesy.  Were you pleased with the interaction with front desk staff, the owner or manager, and your aesthetician or technician? Did your aesthetician or technician talk too much, or not enough?  Were other staff members courteous, quiet, and non-disruptive? Were special efforts made on your behalf?  Did you feel overly pressured to purchase products or services after declining?

Ambience.   Did the type and quality of the tables, chairs, furniture, as well as the decor and general environment, contribute to or detract from your experience?  Was the spa too loud?  Was the setting to your liking?

Please submit your review in the box below.  Be descriptive, to help us build a better Spa Community, but be concise.  Your review should be at least 50 characters but no more than 1000 characters (the field will not accept additional keystrokes after 1000 characters have been entered).  We may edit for content as necessary. If your review is negative, please indicate if you'd like Spa Index to assist you in contacting the Spa Management to address your concerns, or, if spa management has already addressed your concerns.

Spa Owners:  We regret having to drive this point home, but, please don't risk your listing!  Reviews must come directly from your clients.  Please do not type or submit testimonials on behalf of your customers.  Please ask your customers to submit the review, on your behalf.  Spa owners using this reader submission service to submit false positive reviews of their own spa, or false negative reviews of competing spas, are subject to removal from our site.
