Mandalay
Bay Casino / Hotel / Spa, Las Vegas, NV.
I have been to many hotel spas, but this one is one of the best.
Their massage therapists were attentive and asked good questions
before proceeding with treatments. Their facilities are among the
best. Inside the spa is a beautiful indoor Jacuzzi complete with
cold dip tub, dry sauna and steam bath - excellent to relax in
after all night gambling. -- Mary E. 2001
Mandalay
Bay Casino / Hotel / Spa, Las Vegas, NV.
This was absolutely the most wonderful experience ever! The
eucalyptus steam room followed by a cold plunge, a stay in the
relaxation room and then an 80-minute full-body aromatherapy
massage is what every woman needs! Followed by a manicure,
pedicure, and a day at the salon...what a treat! -- Karen W., 2002
Spa
by Mandara at Paris, Las Vegas, NV.
I was on vacation in Las Vegas this weekend and visited the
spa at the Paris Casino Resort. What a terrific day spa! I was
impressed with how many affordable packages were available. After
walking in 100+ heat for a few days, it was wonderful to have a
pedicure and foot massage and a green tea herbal wrap. Once you
have visited the spa and experienced any one of their treatments
(anything from a manicure to a full Swedish massage), you may stay
and use the facilities as long as you would like. For my pedicure
and herbal wrap package under $50.00, I was able to use a
wonderful shower facility with all the toiletries provided, a huge
Jacuzzi with complimentary ice water, juice, fruit, and soda
available, an herbal steam room and sauna, a relaxation lounge
with rattan furniture and television playing, and a private
locker. The vanity area for getting dressed again is large, with
sit down vanities available for everyone. The facilities are very
pretty, calm, and relaxing, and I'd go back the next time I'm in
Las Vegas. -- Karen F., 2004
The
Spa at New York, New York Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, NV.
I recently visited Las Vegas on a business trip and stayed at NY
NY Hotel and Casino. After a long day of sitting, taking notes,
and listening to speeches, I decided to see what their spa had to
offer. I was greeted by a very warm and accommodating staff. The
atmosphere and facilities were very welcoming and I could not wait
to have a massage there. My massage therapist was by far the
nicest person I met on my trip. She listened and understood
exactly what I needed to totally relax me after a long day. I must
say, I have never felt so relaxed in my whole life. After the
massage, I relaxed in their eucalyptus steam room and then enjoyed
a personalized hydrotherapy tub accentuated with aromatherapy
oils. I truly did not want to leave. That night, after my spa
experience, I was totally relaxed and went to sleep with a big
smile on my face. I will DEFINITELY return to Vegas just to visit
this spa again. -- Allison S., 2001
Mandara
Spa at Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas, NV
This spa was amazing. It was so clean and neat. It probably
helped that I was there for the first appointment of the morning.
The treatment room was at a perfect temperature and very
welcoming. I think my appointment was on time, but I wasn't
wearing a watch. I got a hot stone massage and a scalp massage.
The masseuse explained what the procedure entailed and told me
that if the stones were too hot she could cool them down a little.
The masseuse was great, she talked only to explain something or to
check how I was doing. This is good considering my mom's masseuse
talked through her whole massage. The scalp massage was simply
amazing. They use this frangipani (sp) oil during it and it helps
add moisture to your hair and smells amazing. Every one was very
friendly and helpful. I did not feel pressured to purchase, the
masseuse left a recommendation of what she used in my basket of
belongings but there was no pressure to buy. I thought the spa was
very large. It was a wonderful experience I will definitely go
back in the future. -- Samantha W., 2008
Spa
at the Wynn, Las Vegas, NV
I thought the Wynn spa was fantastic. The relaxation room was
so cozy with the fireplace going. They provided a nice variety of
teas, coffee, and fruits. The steam rooms were tops and so clean.
The ladies lounge to shower, and do your hair and makeup was very
comfortable and had all the luxuries to use. They had a rainforest
shower and two fantastic whirlpools and I just loved being in the
whirlpools and relaxed and dreamed the morning away. I would
recommend the spa at the Wynn to anyone who just wants to have a
wonderful experience. -- Carole J., February 2009 |
