The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff was very attentive and knew what customer service was,  Although I was late (from getting lost), the reception was warm and wonderful. I had a Body Salt Glow and it was heavenly! I'd recommend this spa to anyone.

We received a Gift Certificate from the Franklin Spa for Christmas and experienced a calm, relaxing time. An Asian inspired treatment room had a fireplace inside that set the mood for warmth and relaxation. The music was tranquil. The therapists were great and warmed hands with real essential oils enhanced our treatment, Our experience was different from others we've had. Made us realize what we've been missing. This spa and the experienced and welcoming staff made our couples package very rejuvenating. We will certainly return on our next visit to Michigan.

My boyfriend and I went to Tamara for a deep tissue massage and pedicure. The massage was wonderful and very professional. On the other hand, we paid for a 55 minute pedicure each and received 30 minutes. After the last nail was painted they told us we had to leave since they needed the chair. My nails were not allowed to dry and it was raining outside. My boyfriend emailed the facility (that was how we arranged our appointments etc) but never got a response. We will not be going back since there is no concern over the experience we had. This is an expensive place and they took less care than a less expensive place.
