This day spa is amazing and I highly recommend it! Every month they send out their newsletter for discounted treatments and packages/ I would recommend if you go to look at that list to see what is being offered and to make sure when you leave to sign up for it! The spa is in a main plaza, but you would not know once you step in. The setting is perfect on the inside! There's a relaxation room to unwind in before the services and the sheets are always clean and warmed up for you! The music is just loud enough--waves and classical instrument sounds. I was seen the moment I walked in for my appointment and the staff were willing to let me know of the recent offers and were extremely friendly and helpful. It may look like it's in a busy area, but I promise you that you'll forget where you are the moment you walk in! Great service for GREAT prices! --- Stephanie S., April 2009

The spa provides a clean, bright, soothing environment. My daughter and I found the staff friendly and courteous. The services were provided in an efficient manner. We found the lunch to be quite pleasant, although the spa lunch area was somewhat small. -- Barbara, October 2004

Paul Conzo Spa Salon, Worcester, MA
My spa experience was generally a pleasant one but I do have some suggestions to make for things that would have greatly improved my visit and prompt my return. I came in scheduled for multiple services in succession (Massage, Facial, Pedicure respectively.) My suggestions: offer robes and slippers. It's not very relaxing after a one hour massage to redress only to undress again moments later for the next service. Impose the whisper requirement on your associates, too. Throughout all services I could hear loud talking and laughter through the walls. The loud overhead music does not drown this out (if that is the intention). Turn down the tunes, they're too loud. Ask a customer, especially one in her third trimester of pregnancy, if you can hang her coat at the beginning of her visit rather than at the end. My nail technician kindly offered this but I would have been happier had I been offered 3 hours earlier. Fluorescent (office) lighting does not a relaxing pedicure make. As an alternative, task lighting would be WAY better for the customer experience. Granted, my services ran up until the spa's closing, though it would have been nice to not have to hear the vacuum being run in the lobby half-way through my pedicure. Beyond these suggestions the cleanliness, efficiency and courtesy at Paul Conzo was up to par. Though I will consider trying an alternative area spa for my next treatment.  -- Jennifer, March 2005
