We reserve the right to withhold publication of the listing until payment
is
received, and, for listings already published, to move them to an
unpublished area
in the event of past due accounts. See Note, bottom of page.

Spa Index offers among the
lowest spa marketing fees in the industry, and we do so without annoying advertisements,
pop-ups, and banner farms.
We work quickly to get your listing completed, generally within ten (10)
days of your
application, and in many cases, the same day. We work hard to respond to all modification requests within
48 hours but with more than 7,500 listings, a delay may occasionally occur.

We want your listing to bring you new business. That's why we are here.
We only ask that our invoices
be paid upon receipt, with good funds.
Late Fees:
If your listing is already published (visible to the public on the page of your
choice), we reluctantly add a 1.5% monthly late fee for invoices remaining
unpaid. In certain cases, invoices are due Net15, and in other cases, Net30.
Republication Fees:
We even more reluctantly charge a
Republication Fee of 25% of your Listing Fee, up to $35.00, for listings which
have
expired and must be moved to a "holding page." It takes time to remove,
store, and republish a listing.
We will send several reminders in advance
of your expiration date, and we will even nudge you a few times
after the expiration
date. However, please don't take advantage of our liberal policy by delaying
payment of your listing fees.
Returned Check Fees:
Returned checks are costly
to both your business, and ours. We recommend a credit card. When a check is returned as
"insufficient funds" we impose the following costs:

Full cost of
the charge assessed by our banking institution, $32.00 as of Jan 1, 2007

PLUS, a bookkeeping
fee of $35.00 (time spent to adjust accounts receivable records, reinvoice
and
notify client, alert webmaster to expired listing, etc)

PLUS, a webmaster republication fee
(time spent to remove and restore a listing) not to exceed $35.00

Potential Charge for a Returned Check:
Up to $102.00
Refunds:
Spa Index Media displays online directory listings for
day spas, stay spas, and spa and beauty vendors. Listings are for a one
year minimum period, and renewed annually until cancelled by the client.
Cancellation requests are accepted at time of listing renewal invoice.
Listing cancellations may be requested prior to the expiration of the one
year period, or within 10 days after a renewal invoice, however, prorated
listing fee refunds are NOT available for early termination. Refunds are
not made when a spa ceases operation or changes ownership.
Refunds of listing fees are made only when Spa Index
Media elects to cancel a listing arrangement of its own accord for
administrative reasons (including consumer complaints, customer service
issues, or other reasons in our sole discretion).
Spa Index Media reserves the right not to a list a spa
or salon facility in its sole discretion.
