The Millcroft Inn is pleased to be expanding its renowned Spa with a European-style Health and Wellness Centre. The expansion will offer 9,000 square-feet of space including 12 treatment rooms, an indoor pool and serenity lounge. We will also be offering many exciting types of innovative treatments, with a focus on total health - body, mind and soul.

With the Spa expansion a variety of new programs will be added that are designed to help manage stress, address health concerns, increase fitness and promote relaxation. Yoga, Wellness Conferences and Couple's Massages are just a few of the activities that are being planned for the treatment roster.

The $2 million investment will also have a positive financial impact on the region. Current plans call for an additional 50 full-time Millcroft staff positions by 2006. Approximately 15 direct trade jobs will be created through the construction of the Centre, along with the potential for several others in the way of secondary suppliers. Area tourism will receive a boost thanks to more visitors to the Inn, and many local retailers will in turn benefit.

Construction of the Wellness Centre has now begun, with the opening scheduled for the winter of this year. Stay tuned for upcoming announcements with further information including details on our grand opening festivities.
