We are a fitness studio for men that specializes in providing a workout that includes both strength training and aerobic conditioning. We use double-positive hydraulic machines that provide a means to increase lean muscle mass via a circuit training system. Jogging platforms are included within the circuit where a conditioning heart-rate may be maintained. The circuit itself takes 33 minutes and then there are a series of flexibility stretches. Including changing before and after exercising, the total amount of time expended is usually 40 - 45 minutes. We can accommodate men in most conditions of fitness. We have military personnel preparing for deployment along with fire fighters and police officers. Our training increases your flexibility while increasing your strength and stamina and does not take much time out of your daily lives. It also helps to increase your abilities in many types of sports including golf, tennis, soft- and base-ball, running, etc.  Present military ID for a discount.
