Terms: A day spa offers a variety of professionally administered beauty and wellness spa services to clients on a day-use basis. For purposes of listing of SpaIndex.com: Guide to Spas, Day Spas include Salons, Medi Spas, and Mobile Spas, Mineral Springs with Day Use Only, and specifically excludes any spa operating within the facilities of an Inn, Hotel, Resort, Retreat or Springs with lodging and accommodations available.  If you operate a Spa Inn, Hotel, Resort or Retreat, you are not eligible for this offer, but, contact us to inquire about other promotions available to you. You must offer a full service menu of spa services (skin, body, massage) to qualify for a "day spa directory listing."  Hair-only salons and massage-only facilities are not eligible for a "day spa directory listing" on our day spa directory, but, may request a SpaFlyer Coupon (described below), which will be marketed on our SpaFlyer coupons page, only. We market our member spas on our website, blogs, through paid advertisements at our expense and on third party websites.  For that reason, the listing period for both the Day Spa listing on our directory and the associated SpaFlyer Coupon are one (1) year, and cannot be modified during that period except under unusual circumstances. An early termination penalty of $100.00 will apply if we are requested to terminate a SpaFlyer voucher before its ordinary expiration date. There is no obligation to relist at the expiration of the promotional period, and no billing data is collected.  However, if renewal is requested, current rates then in effect will prevail. REQUIRED FOR ALL PROMOTIONAL LISTINGS.  Our spa directory members are provided with a "SpaFlyer Voucher" (or Coupon) intended to attract first time guests.  We have selected several common offers, or, you are welcome to create your own.  The term for each offer is ONE YEAR and cannot be changed except under unique or unusual circumstances (a service is no longer offered on the menu, for example).  For that reason, we recommend the voucher be for "dollars off" or "percentage off" rather than for a specific or new service.  

Our SpaFlyer Vouchers are heavily marketed on our website, our blogs, on Twitter, and, on Google Ads at our own expense. We also share our specials and coupons directly with thousands of subscribers who view posts through RSS feed.     SpaIndex.com earns NO revenue from SpaFlyer vouchers. They are an effective marketing tool used on your behalf.  For that reason, and because we incur expenses in marketing SpaFlyer coupons on your behalf, if you request early termination of a SpaFlyer coupon before its natural expiration date, you agree to an early termination fee of $100.00.

Thank you for taking the time to complete our online submission form.  We find that the majority of the information we need to complete your listing can be obtained in this manner.  We will review your submission and contact you VIA EMAIL (usually within 48 hours) if we have questions or comments.  One of the best tools for keeping our rates as competitively priced as they are is that we work electronically to the extent possible.  We will contact you via email, and link you to an online proof of your listing for your review and approval.  While we are available by telephone and will be happy to talk to you anytime necessary, we ask that you respond to our email overtures whenever possible.  You will have an opportunity to ask our staff any and questions you may have, and, you will have an opportunity to review your proposed listing and request modifications, before it is published.

Spa Index Media, LLC reserves the right to reject any application for a  day spa listing if we feel, in our sole discretion, the requesting facility does not meet our minimum guidelines for provision of spa and aesthetic services or should not be listed on our directory for other reasons.  Submitting an application will result in a sample listing being prepared on your behalf.  You have the right to refuse the listing if it is not to your satisfaction, prior to publication.   Once you approve a listing and request it be published, the listing is considered valid and permanent for the listing period, subject to any contact information or minor modifications which may be required throughout the year.  Submission of this application indicates applicant has agreed to be bound by all terms of service listed on our Members Area.
