Keep-It-Clean Spray
 by
Green Valley Aromatherapy

Yoga mats can end up being less than clean when used frequently. After each use, give each mat a quick spray and wipe down.

  • 6 drops Oregano  (Origanum vulgare)

  • 12 drops Cinnamon (Cinnamomum camphora)

  • 12 drops Clove  (Eugenia caryophyllata)

  • 10 drops Thyme (Thymus vulgaris)

  • 120ml or larger spray bottle

Combine all oils in bottle and swirl to blend. Fill with water and shake well each time you spray. Do not let the spray sit on the soft surfaces for any extended period of time. Essential oils can eat away at plastic if left on for too long.
