The Spa's focal point is the indoor Hydro Pool flanked by a Brine Pool and a hot and cold Plunge Pool.  This area offers the ideal spot from which to quiet the soul, contemplate life and revitalize lost passions. Elegantly flowing outwards from this area is the spa's Health Bar. Dark mahogany wooden tables and units, which add richness and warmth to the area, are the masterpieces of Cape Town's chic new designer, Gregg Mellor.

Sublime treatment packages that utilize Clarins' International Spa Range, are available in our seven treatment rooms and why not experience Cape Town's only Rasul Chamber for something a little different. Two outdoor Gazebos are available for outdoor treatments, allowing you the chance to enjoy the natural beauty of this stunning part of the world.

TIP:	The 12A Sanctuary Spa welcomes local day guests, in addition to resort guests.  This makes for a popular spa destination for locals, which means you should ideally book your spa treatments well before your arrival.
DON'T MISS:	The 12A Sanctuary Spa Rasul Chamber.  What is it?  A Rasul chamber is a small, but beautifully and intricately mosaic tiled room, lit from overhead by miniature celestially inspired lights embedded in the ceiling.  Upon entering, you will be supplied with a tray of mineralized sea mud, which is spread liberally on your face, body, and throughout your hair.  You'll recline in mosaic-inlaid benches and seats, while the lights are dimmed.  Hot, dense, and fragrant mist will fill the chamber and envelope you, helping the minerals to penetrate your skin and hair.  After relaxing deeply for 20 to 45 minutes, the Rasul chamber's overhead shower jets will gently rain down fresh water to rinse away the mud, leaving you both cleansed and soothed.

The Twelve Apostles operates a small 16 seat intimate cinema/screening room available to both guests and non guests. Each month scheduled movies are screened five times a day and may be accompanied with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Twelve Apostles also offers a delightful dinner and movie package where you can choose from a sumptuous menu in the  Azure restaurant then relax with some popcorn while you watch the film. Book early as this activity is very popular and space is limited.

TIP:	Pack sturdy athletic footwear for mountain hikes, a wide-brimmed hat which offers UV protection, UV-safe sunglasses, and a light jacket, sweater or wrap.  Although the African Sun can scorch during the day, the evenings can be chilly.
