& Hind is fresh, seasonal, and healthy. Our unique menu is designed to fuel
guests through action-packed days of hiking up canyons, and crunching and
kickboxing their way through awesome fitness classes. Guests are
invited to interact with Chef Paula Disbrowe as she prepares meals in
the state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen. Paula’s cooking classes, and
bread baking classes offered by David Norman, the ranch manager and
acclaimed baker, ensure you’ll take healthful hints back home.

EXERCISING YOUR OPTIONS
Fitness Director Angela King will work
with each guest to assess their present fitness level and challenge them to
reach new goals. Using a variety of techniques including yoga, aqua
exercise, muscular strength and conditioning, guests will strengthen and
tone their bodies. A masseuse to soothe tired muscles is included as part of
the program.
