The Rules

Eligibility. Open to all current Spa Index News
mailing list subscribers aged 18 and above
as of June 14, 2006, in the United States, Canada, and
all countries where not prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees of Spa Index Media and Gents LLC are not
eligible to participate.

Deadline. Entries must be received not later
than midnight
Pacific Standard Time, on June 30, 2006, by use of the
entry form, below.

Judging.
Determination of the winner will be Monday, July 31,
2006, at midnight. Winning entries will be selected by the
staff of Spa Index Media, LLC. All decisions by judges
are final.

Enter Once. This is an Enter Once contest.
Limit one entry per household, email address, and/or IP
address.

No
auto entry allowed: For purposes of this contest,
auto entry is the use of a program, tool, device or
other means to automatically enter this contest without
having visited this web page to manually submit an
entry. There are, however, certain tools
which permit "auto fill in" while visiting a website,
and many browsers are set up to use this feature. The
"Form Fill-in" feature IS allowed, provided the
participant assures each field is manually checked and
completed. Incomplete entries will be invalidated
and deleted.

Date of Entry.
The manually typed "Date of Entry" must match the
submission date recorded by our form handler. In
the event entries are submitted over the midnight hour,
a gap of not more than 10 minutes (e.g., not later than
12:10 a.m. the day after a typed "date of entry") will
constitute a valid entry.

Unexpected Termination. Spa Index Media and
Gents, LLC are not responsible for any losses sustained
if the contest is terminated for reasons outside of
their control, including acts of God or events beyond
reasonable control, including but not limited to lost,
misdirected, late, or ineligible entries submitted via
the Internet.

Duplicate Entries.
While deliberate duplicate entries from the same IP
address or email address will be deleted if submitted at
different times, duplicate entries which arrive within
minutes of one another as the result of a browser or
submission error, will be reviewed, the first entry
deleted, and the second entry will be permitted, in the
sole discretion of the Judges.

Substitutions. Spa Index Media or Gents, LLC
may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Any government taxes on the value of the awards are the
responsibility of the winner.

Notices.
Winner will be notified
via newsletter in Spa Index News and on this website. We highly encourage
participants to sign up for the newsletters. No Spam will be sent, and, names and email
address will not be shared with any other source, for
any price, for any purpose. For that reason, it is
important that a valid, current email address be used.

No Spam-Filtered
Addresses.
Participants' email
addresses used to enter the contest may not contain the
words "spam" "garbage" "trash" "delete" or similar
phrase designed to attract spam-filters to move or
delete email to a folder which may result in deletion of
communications from Spa Index Media or Gents, LLC.

Validation. Spa Index Media will send one
email request to confirm a mailing address. Upon receipt
by us of the winner's confirmed correct mailing address,
we will consider the winning entry authenticated.

No Guarantees.
While Spa Index will make every effort to assure timely
delivery of prizes shipped by sponsors, Spa Index Media
assumes no financial liability nor makes a guarantee for
replacement of a lost or missing prize awarded by a
sponsor.

Disputes.
In event of
dispute, resolution by laws and in a court of the State
of California.

Odds.
Odds of winning dependent upon the number of entries
received.

Amendments. Contest, including prizes and sponsors,
may be amended and/or canceled without prior notice.

Marketing. All entries become property of Spa Index
Media, LLC. By entering the contest, participants grant
to Spa Index Media, LLC and Gents, LLC, the exclusive
right to reprint the winner's name including location, together with any photographs
provided to Spa Index Media for use in promoting the
winning entry.

Agreement.
By entering,
participants agree to abide by these rules.
Non-compliance will result in disqualification and
selection of an alternate winner.
