8 oz. unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 cup minced onion
1/3 cup reduced-calorie or fat-free mayonnaise
1 cup seedless green grapes
˝ tsp ground coriander
1 cup diced celery
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
